How Do I Place An Order
Check out the variety of collections under the SHOP tab. If you see an item(s) you like, complete the required drop downs then add the item(s) to your cart. Once you have the items you want to purchase inside your cart, complete the checkout process. Each order will take 1-3 business days to process and will ship within 5-8 business days.
What Is A Custom Order
A customer order is when the customer desires a specific design for an item that isn't currently offered under the SHOP tab. If the desired design is currently offered under the SHOP tab but the customer would like a different color, then that item becomes a custom order.
How Do I Place A Custom Order
If you are looking for a custom item, fill out the information under the CUSTOM tab. Once form is received, an email will be sent allowing you to provide any pictures and/or any additional details needed to help convey your desired design. Being as specific as possible will help assure the mock up, preview of desired design, will be accurate. You will receive an invoice for a $5 non-refundable mock up fee that will go towards your balance. The mock up fee must be paid prior to receiving a mock up. Once it is approved by customer, an official invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed to customer. Once balance is paid, the order will be completed and shipped within 5-8 business days.
**If customer needs more than 2 mock ups, a $2 invoice will be sent for each additional mock up. Those additional charges will be added to balance.
When cleaning your clothing item, wash it inside out and in cold water. Please avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry low and do not iron directly on the vinyl. Try to remove item immediately from dryer to avoid vinyl wrinkles. If the vinyl needs to be ironed, place a pillow case or sheet over the vinyl then iron. Iron setting should not be on steam mode. Do not take to the dry cleaner.
Payment & Shipping
Payment can be made using major credit cards, debit cards via PayPal. Each order will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-8 business days. A USPS tracking number will be sent via email.
What If There Is An Error
In the event a customer's item(s) is returned due to an incorrect mailing address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the item(s). If the customer put a wrong mailing address and the mistake is not caught before the item is shipped, they are not entitled to a refund. If an item gets damaged while in USPS' possession, the customer should file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, I have no control of the item once it is shipped. If the customer receives an incorrect item, proof must be provided of the unworn incorrect item in the form of a picture or video via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of delivery or the claim is forfeited. After the email has been reviewed, the customer will be notified whether it has been approved or denied. If request is approved, the customer may receive a promotional code or a complimentary item of their choice. Due to the custom nature of the items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
